Was not flavor I ordered. Got to store and found wrong food at front check out are after I had waited on 13 people to check out! Then I had to go get the right food and stand in line to check out with the right cat food. All this took forever on my way home from work. Will not order online from Petco to pick up in store again!!! The food is great. Its the stores system that sucks.

I received the Nulo MedalSeries High-Protein Kibble Cod & Duck Recipe Cat & Kitten Food for my independent and honest review. First of all, it has all the necessary percentages of protein and calories I feel are needed to make your cat feel healthy and satisfied after eating. It's made with quality ingredients and you can tell when you open the bag. The main ingredient is the protein (meat), keeping them full longer. It is also grain free! It's high quality, and your cats eat less because Nulo isn't full of fillers.  I love that it also has omegas for heart health. The kernel size is very small, which is great for a fast eating cat. They don't get choked and throw up because the kernels are too big and get lodged. I absolutely love the way the bag seals shut. You can feel it sealing with just two fingers, almost like a velcro texture closure. It's a perfect seal with no leaks! I wish all bags used this seal for closure. After a couple of weeks, I feel like my cats coats are shinier and softer since eating it. They seem to have a lot more energy and are more playful. Overall, I highly recommend this food. My cats love it, and every time they are near it, they try to chew through the sack to get to it. They love the taste and the smell. I know it's on the pricey side, but it's well worth the quality... and happiness of your fur babies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I did receive Nulo Medal Series Grain Free, Cod & Duck Recipe Cat Food as a complimentary product, my opinions are honest and my own. My furry friends can sometimes be a hard sell on cat foods - texture, aroma, etc can be crucial to will they or won’t they try it. Thankfully Nulo hit all the selling points for both cats and myself! This is such a well balanced product for growing kittens and adult cats alike, allowing for healthy growth for little ones and a healthy diet for adult cats. There are SO MANY positives to this pet food - bottom line I LOVE a product that I can clearly understand the key ingredients without having to run an internet search to understand what I’m giving my fuzzy buddies. What they’re getting is a grain free product with cod and duck, protein nutrition with low carbohydrates and probiotics for a healthy digestive system and immune health. Also I don’t know about other feline friends, but I SWEAR if the kibble is over a certain size it gets instantly rejected. These are a perfect size both for kittens and their picky adult counterparts! There are also many healthy benefits of proteins with amino acids, omega 3 and 6 for healthy skin/coat and salmon oil as a source of DHA for brain and eye development. Also feeding instructions recommended plenty of fresh water and hugs! Very important towards overall health and development! It may be minor to some but I found the resealing method used for the bag INCREDIBLE - reseals so easily! Not trying to line up and press it back together only to have it bot seal - this bag I NEVER worried or struggled with closing it and honestly when you’re trying to feed hungry cats that’s everything! I loved getting to try this cat food for my cats and they enjoyed it too!
