I feed my dogs Pure Balance Trout + Lentils (has probitics) mixed with Purina One Beyond Small Bites Lamb and Rice(has the joint support in it as well so that’s nice!) . Can you take a look at the ingredients? They don’t have any grain allergies as they tolerate Cheerios as their training treats but I liked Pure Balances Ingredients and the Purina One has not as well but they eat the food readily with the better brand and plus has free joint supplement in it. My German Shepherd has perianal fistula. We have been feeding him canned and dry turkey from Zignature with no grain, however, it is all over the news Zignature may cause heart problems. Should we stop feeding him this product? We are very limited with his disease. Thank you!
My dog 4 months old gets diarrhea from eating Merrick real lamb wet a tablespoon ( limited diet) and Merrick salmon dry. But when I gave him pasta and mashed potatoes for 2 days very little diarrhea left and bi gas and no stomach churning and noises? Any suggestions? He is a cane corso Labrador mix
Whats best dog food w/ zero chicken (no by product etc? has IBD (via ultrasound&GI Panel-no scope) We’ve tried almost all IBD vet food (RC HP, RC low fat GI, Hills...) I’ve been feeding my dog Performatrin Ultra turkey and potato dog food for a few years now. It is grain free dog food. I’ve been reading articles about grain free not being safe for dogs but when I asked the pet store about it they’ve told me it depends on the ingredients in grain free food and that this brands ingredients are fine. Is this information accurate ? Brody loves the dog food but I don’t want to create health issues for him if it’s not safe. I’ve included ingredients list for review.
