What assembling is needed?
- Thank you for your question. The bat house needs to be mounted. Bat houses can be mounted on a building or on a wooden or steel pole. All bat houses should be mounted at least 10 feet above ground, 12 to 20 feet is better. It should be placed at least 20 to 25 feet from the nearest tree branches, wires or potential perches. Do not install your bat house above doors or windows if mounting to your house.

How many chambers to your North States large bat house nursery?
- Thank you for your question. It contains four separate roosting chambers which can hold anywhere from 250-300 brown bats.

Is this made out of cedar wood? What is the width between the chambers?
- Thank you for your question. The Large Bat House Nursery is made of New Zealand pine. It is approximately ¾” between the internal chambers.
