This clippable tracker holder for an Apple AirTag protects the the AirTag with a water resistant housing and attaches it securely to a dog's collar to track the dog's location. AirTags work best with Apple devices with the Find My app to find lost items and pets, but only if iPhones (not necessarily the owner's phones) are nearby. Outside the scope of this review to discuss the benefits/downsides of AirTags as pet trackers, but the Wearabout Pet facilitates some tracking functionality for pet parents who want a low cost solution within the Apple ecosystem. What I liked: Nite Ize products are thoughtfully designed for rugged use. I love this brand and own many of their products. The sturdy holder is easy to open and close for installation. The secure carabiner fits different size loops on the dog's collar. A black plastic loop slides up or down to unlock or lock the carabiner. My dog did not try to mess with it. It can also be used to track other items if my dog is in a secure location. Though designed to hold an AirTag, it could hold other devices. What I didn't like: The holder is rather large compared to his other tags and dangles like a medal. The silicone parts of the holder eventually get a little grubby with body oils and dirt. In summary, if you want to use an AirTag to keep track of your dog, this holder will do the job nicely. It may be too big for a smaller dog.

Easy to work clip just like other NiteIze products. I love their LED light clips so I was sure to trust the AirTag clip for sturdy quality. It was easy to insert the tag and keeping it water resistant. Our dog is an escape artist when she’s prey driven to jump the fencing to chase it down. Perhaps I should get one for the mini human as well to be able to track them.

Love this little device. For anyone who wants to always know where their dog is, especially when they are very fast and capable of escaping you, it's good to keep an airtag on them. We used to have what I believe was an Apple brand holder, but it constantly fell off during our dogs escapades. No such issue with this one. It's very sturdy and connects easily to his collar. We also have a Nite Ize light for his collar which we love, so we knew we could expect this to be a quality item.

This AirTag holder is perfect in every way. The clip is sturdy and easy to attach, the casing is a softer material that doesn't jingle against my dog's tags. I like the neutral color, and it's just the right size. I believe every dog should have this on their collar to help them get home safely if they find themselves lost! Great product!

Light features are great, but, caribener is literally a piece of ______. Fell off after two excursions. Nite eyez can do wayy betterr. Step up your game and make your product worth it. Waste of $20…

Is this product waterproof?

This holds the airtag perfectly and keeps it safe. It hangs down a little further than we'd like but for now it's a great solution. Great quality product as usual from this company.
