Our older cat tree was just worn after many years with multiple cats. This was a more than adequate replacement. It is well built, and simple to assemble. My cat took right to it. He knew it was for him.

Carpet on scratching posts started falling apart on the 1st scratch. Have had condo for 3 weeks, but the posts look like they're 1 year old. Have never seen a post fall apart that soon!!!! Extremely disappointed!!!!

Seems sturdy, like the carpeting and not too hard to put together. it does need someone with good amount of strength to get the pieces screwed onto each other,. I had to have help.

Sturdy and easy to assemble out of the box. My cat loves it, but mostly uses it for sleeping (at the very top) not climbing or scratching. If you want to use it to give your cat a workout, it's good to have a cat dancer or similar toy and have the cat chase it up the column so that he has an incentive to climb. My cat does enjoy jumping from level to level, and occasionally climbing the taller pole, but the climb got easy for him quickly. (He's about 6 months, and very active.)

Condo is perfect size, but the carpet is definitely NOT house grade carpet, the cats will easily shred this in no time. Disappointed in UPS delivery as well, box all broken up and thrown down when delivered. If you want a good cat tree, spend a little more, I wish I had.

I’ve had this cat tree for just a few weeks and the scratching post is already shredded. I come home to pieces of the carpet on the post all over the floor. The post is down to the bare wood in several places. Very disappointed in this tree. If you have cats that like to use a scratching post, these trees are not for you!

Excellent, would not buy any other cat tree. Sturdy, sturdy is needed, made of wood, heavy, excellent quality. All other cat trees are flimsy.
