Does this come fully assembled?
Can this be assembled without the first circular platform? I'd like to put a litterbox at the base.
More measurements, please! I would like the base measurements & heights and measurements of each perch to be given (I'm looking for something with a box at the bottom and a perch near my window sill at 36" plus a higher perch large enough for a big cat)
