They sent us the wrong color.. never received any receipt or confirmation email.

Purchased in January and immediately noticed it leaned. I tried readjusting the top two perches, but it didn’t help. The posts seem too skinny for the perches, and the base is way too small. I have three large cats and they like the round beds, which are sturdy. When they jump from the floor it tips. When they jump from an elevated surface it tips and hits the wall. It can’t fit against a wall, so you can’t win. They tipped it over for the first time last night, so I’ll have to find a better spot again.

Wonderful, is just the "cat's meow" !!! They love it.

This is cheap junk. The base is so small that it topples over even with small cats

The order was due to arrive December 22nd. The label was created and the tower is awaiting pickup. FedEx states they are awaiting item from Petci. As of the 26th, there still is no tower and FedEx is still waiting to pick it up. This is a complete miss for Petci. I still do not have it.

Have only had the cat condo a week, but initial impression is this ranks low on basic quality. Actually has an interesting design where the tower parts screw together. However, the directions for assembly are out of order, making it impossible to screw together the last part (middle section) without taking apart the first section that is screwed on. Second, the middle section does not line up correctly when fully screwed in and is very loose and wobbly if screwed in to the correct alignment. For some reason, there were three large wood screws included (although not on the parts list nor addressed in the assembly instructions). I used two of these to screw the middle section to the post that supports the highest level, but it is still a bit wobbly. I don't have very much confidence in the long term quality of this item based on how poorly the component parts assembled.

I have bought this and the 3 tiered one that is shorter. These carpeted ones hold up much better and stay cleaner than the faux fur or sherpa ones! Perfect for climbing, bouncing perch to perch, and roomy for larger cats napping. Keep making them. They are WONDERFUL. I love the gray and mottled gray ones. Wish it came in sage green.

The base of 20"x24" and it is about 3 to 4" smaller than the widest part of the top tier, so it can't go snuggly against the wall for any sort of stability. It also means needing about 28 to 29" of space AND having it rocking and unstable when a cat climbs it. It is very plush carpet, with a lot of loose strings needing to be clipped. Unfortunately because the top tier sits outside if the area of the base, it doesn't fit the space I have to put it in, and because that renders this so unstable, and will tip over with two cats or even one if they give it enough force by jumping on it. So I will be to returning it to the store. There are also two completely loose screws just out in the box, in case anyone fails to notice that, which is a choking hazard for both babies and animals
