It's been over one week and package never shipped. I had to contact Petco and ask for a refund. Still no contact from Petco. Contacted Petco again and was told package shipped but could not give me any details and could not process a refund. First and last purchase from Petco.

PetCo has yet to fulfill my order on 09/22 for this tower. My first order for a different style arrived damaged. The PetCo website does not show when items are out of stock/low inventory. The website only has dimension photos on maybe 20% of the New Cat Condo brand towers, some do not even list the overall height. I received an email 09/24 saying they are back ordered and it would be a "bit more" before order was shipped. Called today 10/2 and I was told no warehouses at PetCo had this product and no one knows if it will ever come in (the website still allows you to order this product). Website issues were sent to PetCo in August along with screen shots, yet NO one cares at PetCo Corporate that the website is not functional.

I was really hoping this would be better quality for over $200. The carpet is shedding all over and wood is split in multiple locations. I am disappointed and can tell this is not going to last long at all. :(

The design is great, but the quality is very poor. We have had this item for less than a month and it's shared with two cats. They're not big scratchers (and we also have other scratch options throughout the house), but the carpet has already been shredded through and is nearly bare already. We bought this item to replace our old cat tree which had become an eyesore and unsafe for our toddler (because it had so much lose carpeting coming off), but that tree was over 6 years old. And sadly, this new one already looks pretty worn. I'd stay away from this one if I were you. I thought the 'made in America' sign was a sign of quality, but was wrong. Save your money and buy from a different brand. Total buyers remorse!

We love this tree so much we literally have 5 of them. Yes, 5 of the exact same tree (6 cats and in 4 different rooms). Most of my cats are "big boned" and this holds up extremely well. I don't like trees with nests and cubbies as they don't fit, so it's wasted space. On these trees the top 2 nests as well as the flat platform get a ton of use as they are high enough to see out all windows.

This was exactly what I was looking for, Everything else that said carpeting was cheap plush. My 2 cats love this and it look about 3 minutes to set up. This is a nice sturdy solid piece, and a bargain for the price

I bought this a month ago when my 3 cats were squabbling over a cheap 1 perch tree I had near a window. I can see how the chief complaint in the reviews could be an issue (top 2 perches aren't situated well for the top cat to get down easily), but I stuck mine next to other furniture and it's been fine. Sturdy, and came preassembled when I bought it in store. Carpet on the vertical wood is cheap and thin, but it holds okay and they don't really scratch it. Other carpet on the perches is far sturdier.
