My cats love it!! Sooo easy to put together and that’s a plus! You just need to screw the top on the tower and you’re done. No tools needed. I have a 13 lb cat and she doesn’t knock it over and fits in it with no problem

I adopted a nine year old cat last week and was not sure if she would be interested in a tower but I am so glad I ordered this I looked at several on various sites and this one was the right height, with three tiers and a sturdy base. The color is beige- I did not want grey. The best part is that this came already assembled. The cat absolutely loves this which makes me happy. She is on it now. She has tried every tier and also hung out on the base. I have not seen her use the scratching post yet but it is there and well made This is a goody buy and I know others said it was dark brown but mine is beige. It could have been packed better though It was sent via UPS and the top was open when it arrived. I've only had this for less than 24 hours so time will tell if any issues ensue but for now all is good.

A little taller than the upstairs window sill but cats still like it to perch and lounge. Good 2nd or 3rd cat tree with multiple levels for multicat. Great price considering its wood.

Is this condo a light ivory in color or more of a tan color? The picture looks lighter than a tan color. Thank you.

Sorry, adding to answer above, not sure why Petco calls it "tan"; i've ordered from New Cat Condos before, they call it "beige". photo is fairly accurate, maybe a little lighter than actual. however, i received "brown" instead, keep that in mind (which is more light brown).

From the floor to base of first perch is 12"H, from floor to base of middle perch is 26" and from floor to base of top perch is 41".

I would like to know the dimensions of the perches to see if my cats will fit. They are big cats . One weighs 12 pounds and the other weighs 15 pounds.

inside measures 12 1/2 inches. Your large cats will fit fine. My fat cat is about 13#.

Measured by the exterior the perches which are all equal size are 15" x 15" with a slight angle cut out to allow for access from one level to the next.
