Is this condo a light ivory in color or more of a tan color? The picture looks lighter than a tan color. Thank you.
- Sorry, adding to answer above, not sure why Petco calls it "tan"; i've ordered from New Cat Condos before, they call it "beige". photo is fairly accurate, maybe a little lighter than actual. however, i received "brown" instead, keep that in mind (which is more light brown).

what is the measurement from floor to first level platform?21 What is the measurement from floor to first level platform. My older cat can only get to platform 9 inches from floor.
- From the floor to base of first perch is 12"H, from floor to base of middle perch is 26" and from floor to base of top perch is 41".

I would like to know the dimensions of the perches to see if my cats will fit. They are big cats . One weighs 12 pounds and the other weighs 15 pounds.
- inside measures 12 1/2 inches. Your large cats will fit fine. My fat cat is about 13#.

- Measured by the exterior the perches which are all equal size are 15" x 15" with a slight angle cut out to allow for access from one level to the next.
