Poor quality. Screw-in pieces do not stay. The female pieces pull out of sockets. I'm pretty good at fixing things and I spent 3 DAYS trying to make it work with carpenter screws, long nails, twine and staples. Nothing worked to make it stable enough for my cats. Don't waste your time or money. It's a piece of junk!

I brought this cat tree last year (2022) and one of my cats in particular loves the cylinder shaped tunnel on top to nap in every afternoon. It's perfect for small to medium cats and a fat cat could also squeeze in as well if they really wanted too. Why I love this maker is because they use solid wood under the carpet which means the legs or poles won't start to bend over time like the cheaper legs made of cardboard and rope used by other makers. Those makers also tend to use kind of a silky fabric to substitute for carpet which most cats hate because it's harder to climb up the tree. This tree comes with real carpet like you would put down on your floors. This makes it easier for the cats claws to dig in and climb up the tree and scratch on too. My only complaint is I wish the base on the tree was wider to prevent tip over. If you plan on putting it up against a wall - no problem, but if you leave it free standing in the room, when cats are running up it at high speeds it can tip over from their weight or from the moment. I would highly recommend this tree to cat lovers looking for a nice tower and it's taller then most other models too. Cats love heights.

This was damaged when it arrive I sent pictures and ask about a part that was broken. Big fuss! The ones who makes the trees does not want to replace the part!

I bought two of these of online and instantly regretted it. There are numerous exposed staples that are sharp all over the tree. Petco customer service only offered to let me return in store - as someone who is unable to transport these large items I am stuck with two unusable trees and out my money. These trees aren't worth the risk of potentially harming your cats.

I picked this one because our cat likes the cylinder shape in the cat tree we already have. Turns out she likes to play in this one also. She's a female cat on the smaller side, and likes the top, when she jumps down the whole thing rocks a bit but she still likes it. . I wish the carper were thicker, like the previous one I bought 5 years ago at another store. Not sure they make them with that carpet thickness anymore. Also there is no sisel rope, so the carpet gets tore up a bit faster from scratching.

I ORDERED THIS A WEEK AGO AND IT SHIPPED FAIRLY QUICKLY BUT WHEN I GOT THE NOTIFICATION THAT IT GOT DELIVERED, IT WAS DELIVERED TO A WHOLE DIFFERENT STATE IT DOESNT EVEN MAKE SENSE

My cats are struggling to get from the first purge up to the tunnel it is way too high.Kittens wouldn’t be able to get up there at all and my cats kind of gave up trying. Tree is very sturdy and well-made What purchase have to be adjusted.

Tower is crooked and wobbles. Wobbles so much that it could fall over when cat jumps from it. Staple sticking out cut my finger. Had to pull it out. There may be more that could hurt my cat. The top perch and the middle cylinder both will not screw on as pictured. In order to screw them on securely where they aren't loose, they both have to face the wrong direction. Don't know what's up with the 5 star reviews.
