Perfect for our newly acquired 15lb stray cat and semi feral 11lb female cat to share and play. I leave this outside for them and move inside when it rains. They love the scratching posts and took to this immediately. It's worth every penny. Comes fully assembled and sturdy! No regrets.

Jupiter and Venus my 1 year old cats were all over this the minute it came. There is a separate area for both babies to sleep with plenty of room. Glad I purchased.

This is a very sturdy cat condo with large trays and plenty of room for my cat to lounge. My cat is small (7 lbs.) so there would be plenty of room for 2 cats or one larger cat. The height is perfect for him to look out the window, without obstructing my view. I’m very happy with my purchase.

How high up is the 2nd perch

Top is 28 inches to the bottom of the perch and with the sides it is almost 32 inches high. Lower is 12 inches up.

My cat, Billy, is a 25 lb. Maine Coon. I wonder if he will fit on the top platform?

No, I don't think your cat will fit. My cat is half his size and just barely fits on the top shelf when laying down. If he is sitting he will be fine but if he wants to lay down that might be an issue. I would suggest a larger post for your furbaby.
