Can the cubbies be opened to remove cats without trying to drag them out through the holes? And if yes, where are the doors located? Thanks!
- Thank you for your inquiry and question about the Albany outdoor cat shelter. The only access is through the 2 doors built in to the shelter. We discussed he features of the product with a number of people who have cared for outdoor cats and the consensus was that an additional opening of any kind wasn't needed and might be detrimental. The ECOFLEX composite material we use to make the shelter works like wood in many ways so a door could be added if so desired using typical wood working tools..

What are the dimensions of the 3 floors and are there different rooms in them and are all the holes open?
- Here are the dimensions. Looking at the structure from the front, the unit in the lower right is designed primarily for the holding of a litter box. The interior floor dimension is: 20.1" x 17.75". For the unit in the lower left the floor dimensions are 17.1" x 17.1". For the upper unit on the right, the floor dimension is 9.5" x 17.75". For the upper unit on the left, the floor dimensions are 17.1" x 17.1". Overall dimensions for the Kitty Katio Kwarters are: Side-to-Side: 45.2"; Front-to-Back: 28.75"; Height: 44.45". The interiors are not subdivided into additional spaces. All of the holes shown in the pictures are open for easy access and play. Additionally, there are interior openings that allow for movement between the units when stacked as shown.

Is this for the "house" that is shown inside the enclosure? Or just the enclosure? Or both? And what material is the house made from?
