Never actually received the item, they substituted a different product even after I called and complained about receiving the wrong product, I will never do business with Petco ever again.

Not the correct item. They send hollow balls without the lights. I’ve contacted CS 4 times for this one order before I asked for a refund. They have no idea that they are sending me the wrong product or how to fix their inventory. Avoid.

The product said it was LED balls . There are no LEDs in them. They are just plain rubber balls.
