I bought it for my 50 pound basset hound. She's 2 yrs old and hates fireworks. It relaxed her with 1 chew tablet. I loved to see her relax. Great product

Not worth it

Bought this for our 40 lb dog who has become increasingly more afraid of fireworks every year. Unfortunately this product didn't work at all. We tried it 4 days in a row because of the fireworks around us and it had no effect on her. Poor girl

Both of our dogs hated these chews. Apparently they have a horrible taste, neither one of the dogs refuse anything that tastes good!

No, I do not recommend this product.

This has been a lifesaver. I have a 2 year old rescue Aussie that goes crazy during thunderstorms and fireworks and this works great to calm him down for a few hours without making him completely dopey for a long time. Love this product!

I admit, I was skeptical, but I really wanted these to work. I am happy I took the leap and ordered them. So far they are working well. Definitely seems to work better if I can give him his pills 30 minutes before. I am going to finish this bottle and I will try another one.

Questions

1 - 10 of 19 Questions

I have a 6-8 pound Yorkie that has anxiety at night. Is 1/2 tablet ok? That’s what I gave him. Or do you recommend 1/4 tablet?

I recently gave this to my 9 year old Shih Tzu about a few days before 4th of July. The day of 4th of July I noticed he was unable to defecate. I took him to the vet to find out he was constipated ( I was shown X-rays). Does this cause constipation?

    1. not that i have experienced... I give it to my dogs frequently

Our 10 month old blue heeler/American bull dog mix puppy is out of control when guests come over. Will this help?

    1. It should. If you give it to him about 30 - 45 minutes before. My rescue is very hyper and afraid in certain situations and I would have to give him a dose and a half or a double dose and it helped him tremendously. He has gotten better in the year since I have had him and if needed he gets a regular dose now. My other pup just needs a regular dose for thunderstorms or fireworks.

Bought this today, came to website for more info. Pictures above to not match whats in the bottle, above it looks like cubes but what I found was very large disc shaped. Just wondering if this is the correct product?

    1. They come in both options.  Our dogs like the tablet forms.  Are them like they were treats.

Can I give daily for anxiety for long term?

I have a 2 year old jack russell terrier mix dog. He became very aggressive lately. Thinking about giving him these.

      1. These will not help at all. Please contact your vet as sudden aggression can be a sign of health issues.

MY CHIHUAHUA BUFFY HAS SLEEP APENA. SHE WILL BE SOUND ASLEEP AND THEN WAKE UP JUST SCREAMING ROLLING AROUND LIKE SHE IS HAVING A SEIZURE. I READ WHERE MELATONIN WILL HELP HER SLEEP BETTER.. PLEASE ADVISE!!

      1. Hello. Thank you for your product question. We also make Quiet Moments in a soft chew which might be easier for your little dog to eat. You can certainly give the product a try but if it doesn't work for your doggy, we would advise you take her to your Veterinarian for a health check up.

I have a 23 lb terrier mix. How long should I wait before giving a second dose, it seems the 1/2 tablet isn’t working well enough for his separation anxiety?  Thank you for any help!!!!

      1. Hello. Thank you for your product question. You can re-dose the product four hours after giving the first dose. Try giving it to your dog for three or four days in a row, twice daily, and see if that makes a difference.

My dog suffers from separation anxiety whenever he is home alone, would it be ok to give these to him every day until he gets used to us leaving? Also we're gone for a maximum of about three hours, would these even last that long? Miniature Aussie, 20lbs.

      1. Hello. Thank you for your product question. The answer is yes. You can give it to your dog on a daily basis until your dog adjusts to your schedule. I would also suggest our Quiet Moments Calming Spray that lasts up to 8 hours and can be used along with the Quiet Moments supplement.

I have a very small yorkie that only weighs 2.5 - 3 lbs and is almost two years old. Would it be safe to give her a 1/4 of a tablet or would that still be too much?

      1. Hello. Thank you for your product question. One quarter tablet should be fine for your little dog. We also make Quiet Moments in a soft chew form which might be easier for your little dog to eat and in a pheromone spray.
