What animal glucosamine product do you recommend for hip pain and a cat?
Hello, Is this joint supplement good for my cat, sweetie to try with a little salomn oil? The Chondroitin in it is made of shark cartilage. I sadly can not use cosequin on her because sweetie is sensitive to chrondroitin made of porcine or beef cartilage which is why I am considering this one. I also have a 5 year old male should I give it him to prevent joint issues already? The product is Wholistic Pet Organics Run Free: Joint Health Supplement - Natural Hip and Joint Supplement
I have a female cat approx 17-18 yrs old who is suffering from issues with here back legs. It affects her balance and hinders her walking somewhat although she does still get around. She seems happy and not in too much pain and her appetite is very good. The local pet store recommended I give her a product from a company called "Head to Tail" Hip and Joint. They are chewy tablets directed 2 per day- 1 in the am and 1 in pm with meals. Is this product safe for my cat and will she suffer any si
What joint health supplement is recommended for a 5 month old kitten, diagnosed with genetic fragile bones and has a broken patella, already.
What vitamin supplements would you recommend for cats that are almost 12 years old? I'm afraid they might be arthritic.
Is this a good supplement to fees my cats daily. NaturVet Digestive Enzymes Plus Probiotic for Cats, 60 ct Soft Chews , Made in USA Is it grain free? They both eat orijen but one cat throws up undigested food sometimes.
My cat was diagnosed with degenerative joint disease in April and I’ve been giving her 200 mg of glucosamine every day since then (Pet Naturals of Vermont hip + joint chews) when I first started giving them to her she stopped limping and seemed to be back to her old self. But she’s starting to show symptoms again. She’s not limping but whenever she sits she holds her paw off the ground. Can I give her 500mg a day? Does what I’m giving her now help with pain? If not what can I give her?
I have a 3 legged cat and am wondering what the best long term joint supplement would be to help support his one back leg? He is 2 years old and it's only been 5 months since his amputation surgery. He is very active now, I am just hoping to prevent issues that I know will come later on in his life.
Vet suspects mild cruciate ligament damage in both hind legs. Suggested mobility diet & cosequin supplements. I switched to Science Diet Mobility & give cosequin daily per instructions on bottle. Also give Science Diet Flexi Stix Jerky with glucosamine & chondroitin, Zuke's Mobility Chews, & Pet Botanics Omega Plus treats. Also feeding Milkbone Brushing Chews. Anything else I could be doing? I asked about specific exercises but vet didn't give any. Would like to avoid surgery if possible.
