Can this cause diarrhea

My 2 y/o Lab is constantly scratching her ears and licking her paws; when we give her allergy pills it seems to get better. However, I do not want to continue giving her people meds; would this product help with her ears and paws?

My dog has always had itchy skin, goopy eyes. Now shes sneezing/wheezing a lot. apt next door is being renovated so I think dust is part problem but I think it’s mostly allergies. Apoquel is too $$ & I don’t want a lifelong Rx. Generic Loratadine doesn’t help. Any recos? Thoughts on Quercetin, tho most have fillers?
