No results, aside from one sick dog

I bought this close to a month ago, dog(s) have been on them about 20 days. I have a 5 month old who eats the 6 year olds feces, and I’ve been giving it to both (2 for the 6yo and 1 for the 5mo). The little one has since been sick twice, for the first two times since I’ve had her (3 months). The first time was day 4 of the chewables, so I didn’t think they were the cause (and she’ll put anything in her mouth, I mean anything). But she did throw up her undigested food, several hours after eating. I stopped her on the chewables after that, she wouldn’t even take treats for a few days (but otherwise seemed fine, energy etc.). About 8 days after that (yesterday) I got her back on the chewables. Tonight she received her second. 2 hours later and she threw up her her dinner, again, undigested. My 6yo has stayed on them consistently since the beginning, and the 5mo is still eating her feces…either takes forever to kick in or doesn’t work…and sure as heck doesn’t agree with some dogs!

Yard is full of poop, so I guess Rover's not eating it anymore. And it doesn't gag me when he gives me kisses, so the fresh breath thing seems legit, too.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I noticed you have a separate product to deter a dog from eating cat feces; we also have a cat, will we need to purchase both products to break this habit, or will this also deter the dog from migrating to cat feces?

  1. This product did not work for our dog. We gave it to both of our dogs but the poodle kept eating poop.

I have 5 dogs. Only 1 has this horrible habit/need. Do I need to give this to the other 4 or all 5? I'm going to need cases instead of a cup.

My puppy is 11 weeks can she take  this and how much should i give she weights 3.6

Is there something in the smell as well? My dog had her first pill yesterday and this morning walked over smelled it and then walked away. Hoping this is a good sign.

      1. I do not know if the pill has an odor deterrent or not, but I do know that if I do not continue to administer the pills....my hound will go back to "tasting".

Does this product need to be continually given or can you stop once the dog has stopped eating their own stool?

      1. We need to give it daily to both of our dogs even though only one dog has the issue.

My dog is a year old and 4.9 lbs. She eats her own stool. How many chews should she be given daily?

      1. we had the same problem with a new puppy we gave her 1 chew each day, it may take up to 2 containers before you notice a difference.

My puppy is 3 months old and about 8 pounds. how many of these should i give him a day?

      1. Hello. Thank you for your product question. As your puppy is only 8 lbs., we would suggest giving him 1/2 chew a day. If you have multiple dogs, you must give the product to the dog whose stool is being consumed.

If a dog is fed twice a day should the daily dosage be split between each meal?

      1. Hello. Thank you for your product question. If your doggy has a sensitive stomach, you can split the daily dosage into each meal. Or you can feed them all at once with one of his meals.

Why does it seem from the reviews that this product works for some and not others?

      1. Thank you for your product question. The efficacy of the product is sometimes lessened by a poor diet causing nutritional deficiencies, lack of proper fiber, enzymes and minerals, an imbalance in the GI system, a habitual behavior and not giving the product a full 30 trial, boredom, stress, and or a competition between dogs. We know it is not going to work for every dog because of the factors we just mentioned so we give a 100% Money Back Guarantee.

Does it need to be given to all dogs in the house?

      1. Hello. Thank you for your product question. The Coprophagia product needs to be fed to the dog whose stool is being eaten as it makes the stool taste unappetizing to the other dogs.
