I have only tried Instinct's Limited Ingredients Cuts in Gravy. What are the differences specifically between the limited Ingredients and this one?

I have a male lab 5 months old we had him from 3 months and have been feeding him the same food to date, we feed him twice daily and feed the correct amount of food advised.
