Sometimes your cat needs a little help in the training department. Scratching is an instinctual cat behavior. Nature's Miracle Cat Scratch Deterrent Spray is specifically formulated to discourage destructive scratching throughout the home on household surfaces. Repellent scents deter cats from returning to the treated area. Plus, our bottles are made with 25% Post-Consumer Recycled Material. Apply Nature's Miracle Advanced Platinum Scratch Deterrent to areas you want to keep cats from scratching. For best results, apply 3 sprays per sq.ft. Re-apply daily or as needed until undesirable habit is broken. Praise cat when positive behavior is exhibited. DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY TO PETS. To further discourage destructive scratching, keep your cat's nails trimmed and provide a scratching post as an alternative scratching location.

DIRECTIONS FOR INDOOR USE 1. Shake well before using. DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY TO ANIMALS. 2. If spraying on fabrics, test for colorfastness before use by applying to a hidden area; wipe with a cloth. If color is removed from the test area, do not use on those surfaces.* 3. Apply Nature's Miracle Brand Advanced Platinum Cat Scratch Deterrent Spray to areas you want to keep cats from scratching. For best results, apply three sprays per square foot. Reapply daily or as needed until undesirable habit is broken. Praise cat when positive behavior is exhibited. *NOTE: If color of desired area to be treated is affected by spray, treat a piece of cloth, wait for it to dry and place the dried cloth on object you wish to prevent your cat from scratching.

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid eyes, skin, clothing. If in eyes, flush with water for at least 15 minutes. If on skin, wash with soap and water.

I bought this product and applied it to my recliner. IMMEDIATELY my cat went to the spot, smelled it, licked it, and scratched it. This product should be called Scratch Encourager. I guess I’ll spray it where I want her to scratch.

Doesn't work for my cat

Smells decent to a human. Cat tends to shy away when I show him the nozzle. Ultimately, the product doesn't work for me. No matter how much I spray on surfaces and fabric I don't want the cat touching, he'll still go there, only annoying him because of the moisture.
