What is the height from floor to door opening, looking for lower to floor than I have now.

What are the dimensions of the door opening?
- 9" at the bottom of the opening and tapers off to 8" at the top (width) and 8 1/2" from top to bottom. I have a 20lb cat that can go in and out easily

What are the dimensions of the base of this litter box with out the top part attached? How high is the back? One of my large cats prefers to urinate standing up. Having a difficult time finding a tall enough box! Thank you.
- I don't have the dimensions but we have 2 large cats that ours still "sit up"straight when going to the bathroom - it works for them both. & the roominess works well for them.

What is the best way to clean this litter box? How often do you recommend replacing the box? Can you buy replacement filters?
- To mitigate sticking to plastic, apply something that is food-grade, such as cooking spray. Even with a no-stick finish, cleaning remains important for germ control. We wash at least weekly or more if anything needs it, and then disinfect with an animal-safe product called Rescue--formerly called Accel. Due to chemicals in products, I would not use furniture polish. Chemicals, such as many that hide behind the word "fragrance" on the label, are toxic to animals.

My kitten is the anxious type in general. Today I decided to buy a litter box with a hood and door because she makes a mess in her other grey litter box despite having a large mat to capture the excess litter. I tried removing the lid for her so she can get used to it. What could I do to help her use her new litter box?
Hello my cat is an inside and out cat, I live in Florida. I have two litter boxes for him it is a clumping brand so it's an easy clean up, he has no problem using them. the question is the box I have put outside is clumping with out my cat using it, and when it does start to clump he doesn't use the one out side.... but still uses the box with the same litter inside. Hi, I used Lysol disinfectant spray to clean my cat's litter box then rinsed it off with a mild fish soap. Is this okay do me to do? I also use this spray to clean surfaces throughout house by make sure to keep my cat away when I'm cleaning.

Hi. I have a issue that I am not sure what to do about. We got Om in February. He has had major behavior issues. Food aggression, which we have gotten under control but now he has a major litter box issue. He will sometimes use the litter box but most of the time he only person in it but will not poop in it.
