I have neighborhood cats come on my front porch and pee. They pee on my furniture covers, which also goes on to my concrete and bricks. Will this work on concrete to get rid of the smell. Also is there a product to completely deter cat I do not own cats

I’ve found my car tires getting peed on by feral cats, seeing wet marks on one tire or teo specifically. Would this product work on rubber or damage metal?
