Shake well. Do NOT apply directly to animals. If spraying on fabrics, test for colorfastness then wipe with a cloth. If color is removed from test area, do not use on those surfaces. Please give this product a try if you're having issues with your cat scratching your couch or chair. It works. Not 100% because I feel once the scent wears off, my cat slowly attempts to go back to laying on it. As long as you spray once a week, you should be able to deter your cat from any specific area. Does not stain my blue couch either so that's a bonus! I love the smell too.

Consistent application is key

After using this product for a few weeks, I noticed a definite improvement, in that my cat became less interested eating my plants. That said, it does require consistent application to stay effective. If I skipped a day or two, their plant chewing habits would come back. The scent is not too overwhelming for humans, which I appreciate. It has a light, slightly herbal smell that fades pretty quickly. I imagine it’s a bit unpleasant for cats, otherwise it wouldn't work as a deterrent. Overall, I’d recommend this spray if you're looking to keep curious cats away from certain areas or items. Just know it takes regular use to maintain results.

I used this product on carpet. My cat developed the habit of clawing the carpet on my stairs. I tried blocking the spots he liked with objects and he would just move them. The Cat Pet Block Spray decreased his clawing behavior when sprayed daily.

Great for keeping off the furniture

I received these products for free from the Spotted by Petco sampling program in exchange for my honest review. This works really well on like couches and furnature, but if you've got a stubborn kitty that really likes peeing in one place just plan to apply it daily. It smells great and most of my cats avoid it like the plague. 100% recommend for furnature to keep them off amd from scratching.

I like this product! I have a lot of fabric furniture in my living room and I just spray a tiny bit on the furniture and all of my cats don’t bother to scratch it! I really recommend this product! I have 6 kitties and it works great!

Not effective, offensive odor

I received this product for free from the Spotted by Petco sampling program in exchange for my honest review. This product is intended for indoor use as a training tool to keep cats off unwanted areas. I have a nice throw rug that my tuxedo has suddenly began using as a scratching area. I was hopeful this would be an ideal solution. The pros, the product is easy to apply. The packaging is a fine mist pump with a plastic cap to prevent accidental discharge.Nature's Miracle is a recognized brand known for being safe. The label reads packaged and formulated in the USA. Now for the cons. After applying as directed, my cat continued to dig his nails into my rug. To me, the smell was offensive, very medicinal smell, reminds me of tea tree oil. The label reads to reapply daily. Which is not a one and done approach. For me, the smell was too pungent to revisit and the first application was not successful.

No, I do not recommend this product.

    What is the best deterrent to keep my cat from using my potted plants for a litter box? I understand an organic compound known as methylnonyl ketone and IBI-246 is a natural repellient. Is this safe and if so, do you have a product that is available for?
