Are you selling the ones with the new design lids? I own two corner boxes bought at different times. One has a gap in the lid near the lid latches the other does not.
- I purchased two about two years ago and they both have the gaps. In fact all five of mine have the gap. It's a big issue if you have a male that likes to aim high as the urine will find its way out of the box and drip on the litter mat or floor. I had to glue plastic over the gap to keep urine inside the box. But these boxes are still the best and biggest on the market that are anywhere near reasonably priced.

How many inches tall is the entrance? I have an elderly cat that needs a low entrance, but another cat that needs a tall back and sides because he tends to pee on the back wall of the litter pan. I am hoping this will work for both of them.

This is just for the top and not for the litter, right ?
- not sure what you mean - it sits well in the corner with the lid on - I put liners in my pans so they don't get as dirty - but , my cats use them

My kitten is the anxious type in general. Today I decided to buy a litter box with a hood and door because she makes a mess in her other grey litter box despite having a large mat to capture the excess litter. I tried removing the lid for her so she can get used to it. What could I do to help her use her new litter box?
Our cat was raised with a self-cleaning litter box. About a month ago I bought a regular litter box and regular litter and she used that but we didn't like having to scoop it every day so we went bac to the self-cleaning litter box. The box is kept in the master bathroom and the cat has started soiling in the bedroom at the entrance to the bathroom. Why won't she use the self-cleaning box now?
Hello my cat is an inside and out cat, I live in Florida. I have two litter boxes for him it is a clumping brand so it's an easy clean up, he has no problem using them. the question is the box I have put outside is clumping with out my cat using it, and when it does start to clump he doesn't use the one out side.... but still uses the box with the same litter inside. I just adopted mittens from my local shelter on June 8. When I brought him home he was very scared. Now he has settled in our home. I found out that mittens doesn’t like scented litter and was refusing to use the litter box. So I bought him arm and hammer unscented litter. I put him in the litter box and he sniffed it and jumped out. What should I do now? He has been going potty in the shower, should I put the litter box in the shower?
My cat poops in the bath tub. I tried 2 litter boxes. I tried keeping water in the bath tub (which made mold). Even with water in the bath tub, she stopped using 2 litter boxes and started dropping her poop right out side the box. People have suggested changing the litter (World's Best). Ok, scruff, my 3 month old previously feral kitten is not using the litter box to poop or pee. I purchased "CAT ATTRACT" LITTER. My question is : should I add dirt to this?
