I have been buying these for years, but I opened up the first bag of the 4 that I ordered and they were different. They used to be soft and I could easily break them into 4 pieces to give to my small dogs. Now they are more like the jerky treats they sell. They have a weird texture and I have to rip them into pieces. I just decided to open another bag and it is the same. I won't be ordering anymore of these. I will cancel my repeat deliveries.

I’ve been buying the chicken pot pie for my chihuahua for years. She loves them. Just recently, the texture has changed. I could break them in four parts before, now it’s difficult to tear them apart. It’s like it has a thin coating on them that wasn’t there before. I could crumble the pie over her food like a topping. These do not crumble at all. I just got a replacement bag, but the replacement has the same issue. What’s going on Blue Buffalo?

I have been using these Treats for many years! My dogs love them I have been going through many bags a month. But something has changed in the last several months. I thought maybe I got a bad batch But the next bunch of bags I bought are the same way. They are now drier and tough! They are much more difficult for my senior dog to get down. Please go back to the old recipe!

True Blue has gone down hill Big time PETCO was fabulous when I returned 6 bags that were bad. Even the young woman at the register was shocked at the smell.

Purchased this as a gift. My dog once loved these treats before he was diagnosed with pancreatitus. The treats have a high fat content which is probably fine in moderation for most dogs.
