Is it ok to give my 35lb dachshund-pitbull mix the petite greenies? Says intended for 5-15lb dogs. I got them as a gift when he was a puppy but obviously couldn’t give it to him then and he has not outgrown them!

He is on a grain-free dog food and treats due to allergies and we have to clean his ears about once per week or else he will be shaking his head because his ears are bothering him.
