I hate to give a bad review on anything, I switched to this brand because of the limited ingredient and it has no chicken meal, I usually dump the very bottom of a bag into the new bag, the last bag I dumped did NOT come from pet smart, I noticed white specs imbedded in the kibble, eyesight is not wonderful so I got a magnifying glass, hard plastic was imbedded in the food, still I thought maybe bone?, pulled out a piece to make sure and yes it was hard plastic, I cannot feed this to my pets.

My chiweenie has a very sensitive tummy. I finally took him off of the food that they recommended after adoption~discovered he has to have grain free and (no bi products clearly) He loves the salmon sweet potato recipe and has been eating this for the past 3 years. The cons of this is the price$$ the 4lb bag 3/4cup a day last exactly 3 weeks. So I pay close to 45$ to 50$ monthly and with the cost of life in general lately I try to get it when it goes on sale and buy 2 bags at a time. I look at it at not having a coice because he LOVES this food he doesn't have gassy tummy nor loose stools. Thank you for this fabulous food`STRESS FREE that he eats and is a happy 13 year old baby
