Gate arrived without mounting brackets. I emailed North States customer service and within an hour they responded that they were shipping the parts to me. That's great customer service. The gate looks very nice and we are looking forward to using it.

My archway is 70” wide and this fit perfectly. Easy to install. Love the look too! Nicely done! I have a small dog so jumping the gate is not an issue. A large dog might be an issue since its only 30” high. But it would still pose a challenge unless the dog gets a running jump!

Loving this piece! I was having a hard time finding something to fit my opening. This works great, looks great. Love that it swings shut and could stay open as well. The door opening is nice and wide enough to bring in groceries, and when both dogs go running through, lol. Definitely take your time and planning putting it on the walls/door frame (like that it came with paper with where to put holes, helped a ton), taking time is more for how you want to angle it before tightening it into place, pretty neat that you can adjust different spots to make that happen.

Can this be mounted without one of the side panels? I would like to mount the door panel directly to one wall, removing one of the side panels.
The space where I need this is 91". Is there a way to make this fit with an extension? This is wall to wall.
- Thank you for your question. The extension model 4938 is the intended extension for gate model 4944. It adds an additional 15 inches to the length of the gate. You can safely use up to 6 extensions. To fit a space of 91", you would need to use 2 extensions. It would not fit your space in a straight line and would require the ends of the gate to be set at an angle.

My opening is 70.5”. Will this work?
- If you put the gate straight across no. If you have the gate angled with a slight bend on each side yes. Hope this helps.

- Thank you for your question. All of our pet gates are also certified with the JPMA (Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association) and are recommended and safe to be used with children between the ages of 6-24 months.

ello! my opening is 72". Does this perfect fit or still I have to angle a little? Im not sure 72" means the gate itself, the pole to pole or the bracket to bracket.

Will this gate be able to be used outside to close off an opening between my house and my neighbors existing fence?
- Thank you for your question. We do not recommend using this gate outdoors because exposure to the elements, such as sun, rain, etc. can cause the gate to rust.

Can this gate be used in a 51 inch wide doorway?
- I contacted the manufacturer directly for guidance on how to work with our extra-wide opening width. They told me exactly how many of which pieces to buy to make it work. We've had it installed about a year and a half now and it's perfect. I would contact them to confirm. They have a Contact Us option at the bottom of their website: North States Ind. It may have a taken a day or so to hear from them but they were very helpful.

When the gate is unhooked from the wall anchors does it fold up for storage to get it out of the way easily?
- Thank you for your question. Yes, the Extra Wide Windsor Arch Petgate folds up when not in use. Just rotate the vertical locking bars clockwise to loosen the gate joints then open the gate from both side hinges and fold.
