Ears rip easily, choking hazard.

CatladyLo

As others have said, the ears on this lamb rip easily, thus making it a choking hazard. It's unfortunate because my kitten absolutely loved it. I went and found him the same toy with soft ears and he's happy again. I do not recommend this one though. It should be pulled from the shelves.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Our cat bit the ear in half with in 15 minutes of having this toy. She spit the plastic ear piece out, but this is a serious choking hazzard.

NOT FOR CHEWERS

You're better off buying a human baby chew toy. The ears are very chewable on this toy, but unfortunately they break apart into pieces that could be ingested or choked on very easily.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought this for my 10 week old kitten whose teeth are coming in, but I cannot recommend this as a teething /chew toy. The ears are very chewable, but break apart easily into small pieces that can be swallowed or even choked on. You're probably safer and better off getting a human baby chew toy.

No, I do not recommend this product.

My cat bit off and ingested both of these ears. Still waiting to hear if there will be any obstructions or will need surgery. Wish I could give this toy 0 stars.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought this toy for my kitten that is five months old, and I would not recommend it. She chewed right through the ears, thankfully she didn’t eat it all, but it is still a huge choking hazard. I don’t recommend this product.

Amazing kitten teething toy

I got this as a gift for a foster kitten. She was already about 8-10 weeks old and wasn’t interested in it. However, my next fosters who were younger about 4-5 weeks and were teething, absolutely loved this lambchop and chewing on it. It’s also the perfect size for a 1-1.5 lb kitten who is just starting to learn to play.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Swallow Hazard- Kitten Bit Off Ear Quickly

Veru G

I've been looking for solutions for kittens who chew (and swallow) everything, and unfortunately, this was the opposite of a solution: My kitten bit off a chunk of the ear within the first 15 minutes of playing with this toy. Luckily, I found the piece on the floor, but this a swallowing hazard for a kitten and I wish it were more durable. If your kitten does not yet have teeth and is just gumming it, it would probably fine. Biting, however, not so much.

No, I do not recommend this product.
