Yesterday was my dog’s birthday, I baked her a all-meat chicken/veal cake with lactose free yogurt frosting & some fruit, these are things she has eaten before without issue. She had some of the cake at 9pm. This morning she went potty and I gave her her usual Golden Paste in some raw mince (she’s raw fed), and not long after she starts to repeatedly swallow and lip licking, then went outside and eat grass. This is Dexter, my gorgeous 7 year old rescued hound, & his 4 year old ball. He loves his ball & can find it anywhere we hide it in the house or yard. 2nd picture is his new ball. It squeaks like his old ball & smells like bacon. He seemed to like new ball & we played inside for a couple hours off & on. When I took him outside & threw it he ran to the ball sniffed it &walked away. The only ball he brings is the old one. What should I do? Thanx. Carolyn.
