My baby African bird’s crop is bulged. He is 48days old and i hand feed him.

My bird, tweety who is about 7 months old have just vomited. When I looked at the vomit I saw whole pieces of the seeds that he had always eaten as if he just swallow up them without even chewing them. Tweety lives with an other budgie, Rico who is one year old. Also, we had a great weather the last few weeks in our cold country so we took the bird cage almost every day out to let them have som fresh air. I don't know what to do! please help!
I want to give my bird better food. How do I wane him to enjoy a better food? He has a seed mix but I want to give him food that has more fruit,and veggies.
My Amazon Bandit needs a larger cage. I am hesitant to purchase a new cage as the one he has is too small. Descriptions do not indicate the spacing of the bats. Additionally there are no toys in cages to help identify which cage is best. I inherited Bandit and he throws pellets out of feed dish and doesn't seem to care for food that came with him. everything was normal with him but during winter and spring he regurgitates and this time he hasn't stopped even though summer is starting now! He regurgitates daily an amount of approx. half a cup & it usually consists of granules like he's throwing up his seeds. Its color is pink/Brown/red/dullyellow.
