I bought 6 of these feeders last year and love the ease of filling and cleaning them. However, they have rusted terribly and now it’s very difficult to put the bottoms on the glass jars, and don’t think rust is good for the birds. I’ve been looking for replacement parts to no avail. I’m very sad about that. I guess I’ll have to go back to the plastic ones, which are difficult to clean.

Since I have been asked to write a review on an order that I have yet to receive, it's hard to evaluate the product. I will evaluate the order.... not great. Got a notice it was being sent on one date. And the next day I got a notice that the order is being delayed....then about 3 days later, I get a notice that the product will be delivered on a certain day (3 days later). But in looking at the order on the website it said the processing of the order was "in process" and sure enough the product did not arrive on the Monday I was informed it was coming. Haven't heard a thing since - except to Rate and Share my thoughts. The website says its still being processed. Doubtful I'll ever order again from Petco (but please do send what I have ordered).

Feeders are great. The way they are shipped, however, are not. We received the three feeders we ordered in a cardboard box, with one length of inflatable plastic packing bubbles the only packing material used to pad the feeders (glass!) inside. The plastic had deflated and one feeder was shattered.

Feeder is beautiful but rusts. It's junk and is a waste of money. Very disappointed. I'll resort to purchasing plastic feeders in the future.
