List of the best bird foods for parakeets
Can I use little honey to make my budgie's food more visible to him? To make it look like a treat but it'll be a stick of his gourmet food held together by honey.
everything was normal with him but during winter and spring he regurgitates and this time he hasn't stopped even though summer is starting now! He regurgitates daily an amount of approx. half a cup & it usually consists of granules like he's throwing up his seeds. Its color is pink/Brown/red/dullyellow. He has lost some weight too.He drinks more than usual water. His diet consists of sunflower seeds, apple, guava, banana, watermelon, vegetables, dry fruits like peanuts & almonds.Otherwise active bird
Hey is there any spray to keep my birds feathers healthy please suggest?
This morning we found our parakeet Bob on the bottom of the cage (standing), with ruffled feathers, squinting eyes, and listlessness. He drinks but does not eat. He has liquid poop with red in it. He is quieter than usual. He wants to sleep most of the time. It's Sunday and there are no avian vets open today. How can we help him? (There are two other birds with him in a large flight cage. We have had Bob for about three weeks.
My birds poo has been this color for the past 3 or 4 days? He has been eating Zupreem Fruit Pellets.
Can I use store bought iodine to add to my Gouldian finch male's diet, and if so, how much per cup of food? Thank you!
Is it Ok for parakeets to drink herbal non-caffeine tea if diluted (50%) with their drinking water? Thanks!!!!!!
So, I've noticed that my parakeet has been drinking a lot more water recently, his droppings are therefore watery, and the feathers over his nares are colored a dark brown/red. My online search has been unsuccessful in finding what this might be, as he still seems lively and is eating normally. What should I do?
My bird has been drinking alot and has very watery poops im worried
