Have to rate this one star after waiting a week and not getting it. Petco sent me a notice that it was shipped, but the shipping company tracking shows they haven’t received it. Petco charged me for it, but so far have lied about the shipping status and have failed to send it. Others have warned about this in the reviews. Listen to the warning and shop Amazon.

We bought these based on a review or two that said they were packaged well and unbroken, unlike a competitor, but these were horribly packaged. Two boxes to cover each, taped together and yet ripped open. One litter enclosure was unharmed. The other is so warped and bent that the lid won't stay closed, making it unusable. Disappointed in the packaging, not the product.

Petco never delivered the litterbox-called Petco 3x total- really unhelpful - tracking number would only take me to Doordash (wasnt a same day delivery-dont know why Doordash) called Doordash- said it hadnt been shipped to them YET- asked why it would go to them, they didnt know. Called back Petco, couldnt give me a tracking #, never received, told me they would look into it. Called 3rd time a week later. said they wouldnt give me a refund, because it still might arrive. I told them its never arriving, they can’t even give me a legitimate tracking #- said they would email me. Their email said they were sorry, but they would look into it! Luckily went through Paypal - thats the only way I got my full refund - in the meantime, I found the same litterbox (by Frisco) on Chewy, ordered it on CHEWY, the day after i was supposed to receive from Petco. Received it 2 days later. Loved the Frisco litterbox so much, ordered another one, again, rcvd it in 2 days. It was bent, called Chewy, had replacement in less than 48 hours. Never order anything from Petco!! I received 3 separate orders of litterboxes from Chewy within a week - Cant rcv even 1 litterbox from Petco in 3 weeks and then they dont even give you your $ back-so you’re paying $53 for absolutely nothing except a runaround & a huge waste of time.

Looks like it's going to be perfect for my 2 cats, one of which is bigger. Shipping was great, no damages, just as advertised.

I had this type of litter box when I moved into this apartment over a year ago, but because of how I configured my closet, they just seemed too big so I replaced them with smaller ones. After rearranging my closet a while back & having more room in it, I decided to replace them with 2 of these ones. I had previously bought another brand from another retailer like these when I came across these ones on an internet search that are basically the same with a lower regular price & even on sale at the time, so I ordered these. So much easier to maintain by just raising the lid & scooping. These ones even have a fancy decorative leaf pattern on the lids. I opt to use them without the small litter box insert. My cats are big & they like having their be extra room inside. I’m so glad I bought these & I saved myself about $40 by buying 2 of these litter boxes at Petco & I will donate the 2 small litter box inserts, scoops & containers, so it’s a real win win.

My male cat has a habit of spraying in the litter box, way too high for normal high-sided boxes, and I was worried about leaking through the seam of normal covered boxes. I found one like this originally on Chewy, but it was much more expensive. This one was absolutely perfect!! Arrived with no damage and my cats love it. I don’t use the litter tray insert because that would defeat the purpose of this box for me. I have two very large cats and they need the space, so I just dump the litter directly in the bottom. Someone else made a comment about the smell, but of course it’s going to smell if your cats spray the sides and you don’t clean it. I keep a container of Rescue wipes beside the box and wipe down the sides whenever he sprays. It’s a lot better than having to clean up my walls and floor! The only complaint I have is that the handles are open holes, so it is possible that urine could spray outside the box. I’ll have to tape something there to cover it, just in case, but so far it hasn’t been an issue.

I love it and I think my cat does too. He’s a big Maine coon so he needs a lot of space.

I was very suprised that all three of these litter boxes that I ordered were delivered undamaged! They came in individual boxes with at least a whole large roll and a half of bubble wrap packaging (I'm not kidding). Each box had so much bubble wrap! I was so happy. I think my cats will enjoy these new litter boxes!
