I bought this yesterday. Thinking it would work on my dodg and cat it didn't. So whoever reads this don't buy this product it doesn't work at all!!

Biggest piece of crap I've purchased from Petco. Why do they even carry these? They're too bulky to get a clean cut and the quick finder doesn't even work. Not safe

They register that there is a quick when the blade closes in on the frame even without any nail in it. Also the handles are cheap plastic and noisy. I am going to return the one I bought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When using this on my dogs, the lights were hard to see due to the angle of having to cut their nails. The lights easily changed colors, but were showing green at times when the cutters were far up on their nails. When cutting their nails, it was not very sharp. I had troubles cutting through the nails and switched cutters to complete their nails.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The nail trimmer itself was great with a nice sharp blade that made it easy for me to trim my dogs nails. Unfortunately, the quick finder did not work well. It was inaccurate on my dogs darker nails. I think this nail trimmer would be better for dogs who are okay with getting their nails trimmed because the quick finder takes a few seconds to load as well. My dog was too squirmy for me to rely on the finder but I did like how sharp the trimmer was and I will be using it as a normal trimmer!

It’s easy to use and the little sensor lights it has are super helpful so I don’t accidentally clip off too much nail. Easily accessible, not too bulky so I can store it easily. Has great battery life from what I’ve experienced so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the medium size for my chi-terrier mixes but it was much too large, so shared with my dad for his lab mix. The clipper itself works great on her. However, the quick detection leaves something to be desired. If your dog has dark nails, you cannot reliably trust the light system. Overall a good but not great product.
