What size wire crate does a 15 pound Dachshund need...small or medium?
I've moved and to get my cat acclimated I've decided I'm going to crate him while we are working. The crate i have is 42"x28"x30", with a dual level. Will this be enough space for my cat? He is 14y/o, and will be crated for 6-8 hours 5 days a week for a few weeks, until he gets used to the area. Of course he'll be inside the house, and let out in the evenings and sometimes for a bit on lunchtime.
Will my ShiChon who is 15 long and 11 high fit in a airline soft sided carrier that is 17x11x11? Will she be comfortable as well? I’ve attached a picture of her in it. She climbed in herself.
I plan to sell home and move to mid west. Airline reg's are so confusing and hard. What other alternatives do I have? I have 4 dogs from 8lbs to about 15. I'd planned to put 2 dogs in one carrier, but one is vocal just in car. Airline don't want. I have Shih Tzu is snub nose, don't want her either. I can't drive back this time. Help please I want to move soon. The Shih Tzu suffers from reneal disease too.

I want to crate train my 1 year old dog. I bought a "medium" crate for her , shes 25 lbs - aussie/dashund mix so shes kind of long shaped. The measurments on the box are for a dog even taller/wider than mine... but the crate doesnt really seem big enough for her to turn around in (unless she kind of squirmed up into a circle). Hi, I have a F1 Miniature Poodle and Bernese Mountain Dog Mix that I am picking up on Wednesday. The mother (Bernese) is 60 pounds and the father (mini poodle) is 15 pounds. Can you advise me on what sized Crate to buy? I'm not sure how big he will be and I was looking online and thinking of buying a 36-inch Intermediate size crate. My second ?, I was going to buy Earthbath Oatmeal shampoo. Do you recommend that? Any bristle brush recommendations? Any health warnings on the breed? Thank you!!
What solutions are available for dog travel anxiety
I will be transporting my 8 cats to another location 30 minutes away. I do not have enough cat carriers for my move, so I decided to make some cat carriers by drilling 14 holes, each 2 inches in diameter, through Sterilite storage bins. My question is, do the holes need to be smaller than 2 inches? I do not want any of my cats getting their heads stuck in a hole. Also, do you think this method of transport is ok for the cats? These guys are my life & I dont want any harm coming to them.
