Can these be used with a standard/universal metal crate or ONLY with the Skudo series?

Will these fit the X large plastic Skudo carrier. The plastic on 2 of my wheels broke and I'm looking for a replacement.

      I transport dogs by air all the time but I remove the casters/ wheels when the crated dog is put on to the flat cart by the airlines at TSA  and taken down to the plane.

      No, the Skudo casters are designed specifically for the Skudo crates. They are not compatible with other crates.
