Great crate for a big pup

PMAMA

Good quality heavy duty wire crate. The large size is good for our fast growing puppy who is 66# at 7 months. We could have used it earlier because of the included divider. Also included is a tray for the bottom. All nicely made.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Ok but tricky door

Out of luck

It’s an ok crate but the door is a hassle to open and close, definitely can’t be done quickly with a fast pup. Also the bottom of the door is quite tricky to get open and closed, I pinch my finger sometimes getting it done

No, I do not recommend this product.

Slide up door is the best!

Bigger than a normal large crate. Nice and roomy and tall. Having the door that slides up and away and huge! No swinging doors to bump into as you walk by. Easy to set up and use.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Best crate ever

Our shitzu likes to use her crate even when we're home. The door on the top makes this so easy. We can just leave the door open and she can go in and out as she pleases. We had previously owned a side door crate, and the flapping door was constantly getting in the way and did not look good. Would but buy this crate again!

Yes, I recommend this product.

What size would I need for pit bull/ cane corso mix?

    1. I chose the Midwest Ovation Single Door XX-Large 50L x 30W x 32K for my two Giant Schnauzers - both weighing 110lbs. The one door slides up enough to allow them to walk in easily and provides enough space for them to lie down curled or flat out on their sides. I added a 5in foam mattress pad so they can sleep comfortably. No problems as bedtime.

My pup and I love this crate. He got a little anxious in it recently and broke part of the plastic base. Is there a way to replace the plastic inside liner without having to purchase a whole new crate?

I have a 9 month old Female Alaskan Malamute. She's out grew her kennel (Large), and I'm not sure what size would be good for her. I'm pretty sure she is still growing, and I just want her to be as comfortable as possible. What is a good recommendation?

      1. I have this crate for my 85lbs Rhodesian Ridgeback Labrador mix. I only use it for transport. This is what I use as his sleeping crate. https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/dog/dog-crates-and-kennels/dog-wire-crates/midwest-lifestages-fold-and-carry-crate-for-dogs
