Very cute but has no bottom other then plastic tray that sits on floor that is not tight so dog can still tear up carpet or flooring.

We bought this cute crate for our 8 lb Shih Tzu. Unfortunately, we only used the crate for 1 month before our puppy Daisy chewed her way through the bars after being left in the crate for less than two hours. Love the look, but unfortunately the product is not sturdy enough and was not ultimately secure for Daisy.

The order was received and found to have a defective piece. We contacted zoovilla per their instructions. They advised they have moved shipping and will not be able to send replacement part for 3 weeks. So currently the dog crate sits unassembled while we wait for the replacement part.

Hi Carriejh, This crate is designed to fit a medium sized dog, however to ensure your dog will fit comfortably please refer to the interior dimensions of the crate which are 17.48″D x 27.64″W x 22.76″H. Your dog should be able to stand up, lie down, and turn around comfortably inside of those dimensions to ensure a proper size. Do let us know if you have any other questions.
