Great toy
This has quickly become my dogs favorite toy. A tennis ball and rope and a rubber chew piece? That is every dogs dream. He loves to chew on all pieces and everything seems to be holding up great. He is a moderate chewer but doesn't really demolish anything.

Fun but not for a super chewer
My dogs were enjoying it, and it was withstanding their attention for the most part (the plastic ring was severed by my own super chewer but he didn’t seem to be ingesting it so all in all pretty well). Then my granddog came for the night, and I forgot to put it up. She’s sweet but strong. She shredded both the ring and the tennis ball, did swallow a lot, which she was coughing out for a while (and no doubt passed for a couple of days). The rope part withstood her and is still in use. Long story short, great toy for probably most dogs. But if you have a super chewer, pass on it and go for a toy with only the rope.

Well Made Tug Of War Toy
The toy is well made of sturdy materials at a great value and the colors are just right for the holiday. This toy is awesome for playing tug-of-war. Unfortunately thats the only time my dog was interested in it. If I wasn’t engaging him in tug of war he never looked at it.

Solid built for tug, but didn’t hold attention
Very durable and great for tug time, however, maybe it’s just my dog, but it didn’t hold his attention and was over it in a few minutes. If you have a dog that thrives on tugging, then this is a great toy.

Merry Makings Rope Tennis Ball Tug didn’t last
Our dog absolutely loved the Merry Makings Holiday Rope Tennis Ball Tug. The toy appeared to be well made with good quality materials. Unfortunately the toy lasted only about 30 minutes before it was completely destroyed by our Labrador Pitbull mix. To the Merry Makings Holiday Rope Tennis Ball Tug’s credit, our dog is a very aggressive chewer and there are few toys that have stood up to his jaws.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Looks solid
I ordered this toy for my niece-pup for Christmas because she’s an intense chewer and hasn’t met a toy she hasn’t shredded. While she hasn’t “opened” it yet, it looks pretty hardy, and I’m hopeful this will provide fun for at least a little while longer than some of her other stuffed toys!

Super cute, not durable
This product is so so cute however; not durable unfortunately. The red ring came off within in 45 minutes of my pupper chewing on it. The ball stayed in tact pretty well but after the ring, the rope started breaking quite easily. I would not recommend for strong chewers but it is great for gently tugging and carrying because it is super cute.
