It's a great idea to make a toy that comes in parts because the cats are always breaking the attachments that they come with and then I have to replace the entire toy. This makes it so that the attachments can be changed out and it's great because I've also just attached ribbons and things my cats like to play with around the house. It's a great base piece to have!

Great little tool. It's just the stick part, so you'll have to purchase other attachments for it. It's kind of a bummer to have to buy an additional item, but it's not like the photos are deceiving. works great for what it is.

This is just a wand with nothing attached to it but my cat still love playing with it. I have other toys that I can attach to it and that made it more enjoyable for her. please note that ever find this there are no attachments

I received these products for free from the Spotted by Petco sampling program in exchange for my honest review.” I was quite surprised when I opened the box. I was expecting a cat wand similar to those I'd seen at other stores, both general merchandise and pet stores. My initial reaction remained the same when I took it out and noticed both the short length of the wand and the short string with nothing attached to it. That's it, there was nothing else in the box. When I went to Petco to get necessary attachments, I was very shocked at the selection and price. Sadly, I do not recommend this product for general use due to the length and cost of attachments. I could however be a good Christmas gift for a cat lover in a gift exchange.

Please make sure that you know before buying that this is the wand base only. You will need to buy attachments for it to be able to use it with your pet. The attachment end of the wand is just like the ones at the end of the pull cord to a fan, so it seems like it would work well, however, I do not have any toy attachments to try with this wand base.

It’s cute and will work but there is no glitter in the plastic tube and it’s a bit shorter than I thought. Super cute idea of changing out the toy on the end but not a fan of having to buy them separately. It’s also easy to change to toys with the metal chain. I rated it with 3 starts because it’s not as advertised but will still work for its intended purpose. I also feel like it’s not the greatest quality and may snap because it’s a hallow plastic tube. Really wish it had the glitter because I’m extra like that.

TLDR: This product is weirdly sized for a cat wand and SUPER flimsy. Yeah it's a $3 cat wand - but my 9 lb cat can bend it just by pulling on the toy while im holding the stick. It's basically a plastic bendy straw. I bought the mix and match cat teaser toy set last year (2024) and it was my cat's favorite toy ever. She plays a bit rough - and the string on the wand and mouse attachment I had purchased for it started showing signs of wear and tear. Completely normal for a cat toy - they aren't meant to last forever! It was a long red glittery stick with an elastic-y string. It was GREAT. It was sturdy and lasted so long for the price. This product cannot compare AT ALL. It is far too short and so flimsy. It's not even glittery - it's just a clear tube. I was sooooo disappointed when I got it and my cat could basically bend the stick by pulling on the toy at the end. She's a 9 pound cat! I'm about 5'3 and when I hold the stick at my side WITH the toy attachment attached - it barely touches the ground. Really really disappointed in the quality cut this product received this year - I had genuinely been looking forward to repurchasing the 2025 version of the product after how great it had been in 2024 but I have been greatly disappointed.
