I have two dogs that will be seven in May. I've been topping their dry kibble with Merrick's wet food since they were six months old. Of all the wet dog food Merrick offers, Wilderness Blend is their absolute favorite. I know this is their favorite because my spoiled finicky eaters will always eat Wilderness Blend (we've tried them all) while some they barely touch, some they won't eat at all, and most others they seem to have to be in the mood for. Because of that, I started using other brands, from Fromm to Stella&Chewy. But Wilderness Blend they'll eat every bite every time. There's something about it they love!

Both dogs lapped up Wilderness Blend as soon as their bowls were placed in front of them. That is the first "chunky" type of Merrick they have ever chosen to eat.

So, my dog loves this food and I buy it in bulk for this reason. However, I took a star away because the condition of the cans was ridiculous upon arrival. Granted, the shipping was incredibly fast, but 8 of the 12 cans were dented. Of the remaining four cans not dented, only one was actually clean. No idea what was all over the cans, but I donā€™t think Iā€™ll be ordering these from here again.

Buying online it's a matter of trial and error as far as finding wet foods my dogs like. I used to buy a couple of cans at the store to test but that's not practical when buying in line. So, I buy a case and hope for the best and figure what they don't like I will donate to the local shelter. My dogs did not particularly like this variety.
