Is this okay for cats also?
- There are no bones or large chunks that would make it difficult for a cat to eat. There are no additional vitamins in the broth and I do not think the spices (cinnamon, tumeric, ginger) are harmful to cats. I can only recommend asking a vet from this point.

Does the beef bone broth and chicken broth have salt in them.bcuz my chihuahua mix are so thirsty after we put in the food.

I read that grain free foods are leading to heart disease. We feed our dog Merrick Grain Free. What to do?
My dog has been on a homemade diet after being diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease. I have been giving high quality lean protein with white rice & squash along with supplements-Hawthorne berry, CoQ10, ipakitine & vitamin b12. Now that I've reduced the protein even more in his meals, he doesn't seem as interested in eating as he was. Can I add chicken broth? Homemade with just dark chicken meat - no bones as I know they are high in phosphorus or will this addition be too high in protein?
9 1/2 month old dog, loose stool for over 2 weeks. Fecal sample negative. Did 10 days of Metronidozole plus only chicken and rice. No improvement. Course of panacur, then switched for boiled beef and rice. Perfect poop for 3 days. Introduced 1/4 cup kibble and went right back to mush then mushy/liquidy. Could it be the brand of food (the 1/4 cup introduced was beef, grain free Merrick, since hedid well on the boiled beef. Vet is not helping. Any Suggestions?

This is Kyro, my 1st dog I've had for 7 months. In 7 months he went from 75lbs to 85. Was feeding 2 cups twice daily of "Diamond All Natural Beef Meal & Rice" with piece of Roast Beef with a teaspoon of some kind of gravy & 1 Milkbone, 1 bully stick, 2 Grain fee treats daily. I cut back to 1 cup with Roast beef twice daily. I don't want to starve him but I want to keep his defined stomach. He won't eat unless the Roast beef & gravy is in his food. Bag of food says 4 cups daily. Any suggestions?
