Is it true a tablespoon of coconut oil is good for dogs bad breath. I have two Chihuahuas whose breath is terrible. I give them dental bones daily.
What is the best VOHC-approved hypoallergenic dental stick for a senior Maltese (10yr/9lb) with food sensitivities? How are Greenies?
Is it ok to give my 35lb dachshund-pitbull mix the petite greenies? Says intended for 5-15lb dogs. I got them as a gift when he was a puppy but obviously couldn’t give it to him then and he has not outgrown them!
sorry they’re not pedigree tasty bites. we just keep these snacks in that package because the pedigree one closes, and the original package for this snack doesn’t, so when the pedigree ones were done we put this small bones there. they’re called “snack mini-bone” by activpet but they’re no available in the US. i do remember that in the original package it said it was good as a reward for exercise.
My 12 year old Boston has CHF so she cannot have her teeth cleaned. I purchased some Well Good dental wipes at my Petco. I am wondering if general over the counter dental items are ok to use? or, would some dental solutions be better?
My 4 year old male Cavalier has had problems with elevated liver enzymes. X-Ray and Ultrasound images looked normal. Our vet advised us to discontinue his Trader Joe's dried chicken filet treats because they have been associated with problems. We wanted to ask your opinion about the safety of the product below. Gel Me: Doggy Dental Gel (4oz) Ingredients: Grape seed extract, grapefruit seed extract, peppermint oil, rosemary oil, neem seed oil, and thyme oil Thank you so much for your help.
What can happen if my dog ate 15 dentalife treats in one sitting?
10 chocolate peanut butter cookies. 10
I feed my dog Fromm grain free food and right now I'm giving her milkbone biscuits. Is this unhealthy for her? Should I just use the same treats as the food? Why or why not? Thanks!
If your dog is on a raw diet and you want to buy dog treats form a pet store or grocery store . what should the fat Maxim be in dog treats For a gaint breed
My morkie is almost 12 years old. She seems healthy if not quite as spritely. She had teeth pulled 2 years ago. Food choices are limited in my town in Italy. She's been eating Pedigree pate 150 g/day with free access to Purina kibble all adult. She's 7.6 lbs and gained about 1/2 lb over the winter. Vet said her weight was fine 2 years ago. Should I switch her to Pedigree Senior pouches which are available here, feed her half and half, is Pedigree and OK food?
Hi, I recently noticed my labradoodle, Luca, looks like he’s missing some teeth. It just doesn’t seem like he has the same teeth count as I’ve seen in pictures. He’s not the best eater but I always thought it was because he was picky. His diet consists of 3 puperoni sticks in the morning and bowl of salmon Merrick dry dog food (he’s allergic to poultry) and a few Dry liver treats at bed time. Please lmk your thoughts.
