My cat sometimes seems constipated and then there are hard round poo balls. Doesn't always happen but it is pretty frequent. I was going to try some of the pumpkin that pet value sells
Does the size of kibble matter? I've been mixing a few kinds together and my cat does not tend to eat the very tiny ones but prefers the medium and larger sizes. Of course it could be the tastes, but I've noticed in the past that he usually just bats any tiny kibble out onto the floor. He does like to bite cardboard boxes occasionally so maybe he just likes to chew? He also gets canned for dinner.

My cat is slightly constipated. She does pass stools, but they are smaller and more compact than usual. Tomorrow, I will buy her some pumpkin when the stores open, as she's had success eating canned pumpkin before, but is there any thing I can do tonight to help relieve any discomfort she may have?

My cat has been on nature variety pride flaked tuna cat food cans for a while and he loves it. Recently I have been treating him with a little orijen chicken formula kibbles here and there then yesterday and today he has been having diaherra, I am guess it is the orijen? He has no other symptom but that, would total-botic probotic for cats given daily help his diaherra? Would pumpkin too? As dental treats I give him virbac treats but I am switching to plaque off hard dental treats.
