Returns Items that are unused and still in original packaging are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. There must be no visible signs of use or wear. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale Items, Gift Cards, Medical Meowijuana IDs, Cat Treats, Catnip Sprays or Bubbles, or Clothing. Refunds and exchanges will be initiated within 14 business days of receipt of product to our warehouse. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
