Mix 2 capfuls of Egg Cleanser with one gallon of fresh, warm water. Allow eggs to sit in the solution for 10-15 minutes, then wash by using a clean, white cloth or brush. Rinse eggs thoroughly and refrigerate after washing. For fertilized eggs intended for incubation: Allow eggs to sit in warm solution for only 3-5 minutes, then lightly scrub with a cloth or brush, rinse and place in incubator. Dispose of solution after use. Pre-mixing for later use: Mix 8 capfuls of Egg Cleanser with one gallon of fresh water to make a stock solution. When ready to use, add one quart of the stock solution to 3 quarts of fresh, warm water to make Egg Cleanser solution.

Hello! My pet Lavender Orphington rooster has stated sneezing recently and has a runny nose. I'm wondering what to do? I've got some antibiotic pills and disolved 2 large ones in a gal. of water. Then poured it in his water tub. I've heard VetRX can help? I'd like to go as natural as possible. I haven't noticed any other syntoms. I do believe he's also got mites on her throat feathers as well. I can see what looks like white eggs on the bottom of his throat feathers. Would a homemade spray help?
My hens all seem to have vent gleet; with whitish droppings on their back feathers. I’ve tried giving apple cider vinegar, probiotics, and yogurt to them and it seemed to help a little but nothing has made it go away. Over the past few days my Olive Egger hen has been a bit lethargic. We thought it had something to do with the heat but we aren’t sure. She also started making a strange coping noise, almost like a gurgle or gasp in the back of her throat. Thanks for the help!
