Only one of my cats goes into it. He loves it so much he's in it all the time. It's much firmer than it looks in the picture. It's soft and well made.

I bought this because the cat bed that my cat has been using for years is quite beat up. She loves to burrow, so this seemed like the perfect choice, but the padding for the base is so thick and rounded that she falls to the side of it. It's like she's sleeping on a Bosu ball. Maybe heavier cats wouldn't have this problem. She's using it though, so maybe it doesn't bother her that much.

No, I do not recommend this product.
