DO NOT MICROWAVE! Feed your reptiles separately and in a secondary habitat (whenever possible). Keep in plastic bag and allow the frozen rodent to thaw at room temperature or in a cup of warm water. Use a disposable cup for best safety practices. Once completely thawed, remove from plastic bag and use feeding tongs to jiggle the rodent in front of your pet reptile to entice a feeding response. Always wash your hands with soap and warm water after handling or feeding your reptiles.

- I have a fancy corn snake and 3 1/2 years old and he gets 3 per week as seems happy. So I think they will be good for milk snake.

I just started feeding my 1 year 4 month old corn snake one medium frozen/thawed mouse. How frequently should I offer them to ensure he stays healthy and doesn't become overweight?

Hi. I purchased a ball python a few weeks ago and he won’t eat. I have been trying to feed him frozen-thawed fuzzy mice that I heat in hot water for a while. He won’t show any interest in them. Help please. I keep his temperature gradient around 90 degrees Fahrenheit on the warm side And spray his container quite often to keep the humidity around 60-70%.
So I found a snake near a river by my house, it's a water snake completely harmless anyway I wanted to feed it food from around the area to keep to the diet it had before I found him however hes having trouble catching the food I catch for him he likes eating it but it takes him a while to catch it should I switch to frozen mice or continue with the small fish and salamanders hes been eating? Hello. I have a juvenile red tail boa constrictor. I fed her a small rat a week ago and she spit it back up a few days later. I tried to feed her again yesterday but she’s refusing it. My new juvenile ball python has refused food for almost a month. She is loosing weight and I can see her spine. I have tried live and F/T. She has no noticeable external parasites. Hot spot temp is 88 F, humidity is 65-70%, ambient temp is 75 F. Should I consider assisted feeding?

I adopted my ball python (~3 yrs old) on 11/01/19, and she ate a frozen-thawed mouse on 11/04/19. But, despite offering her another mouse every 1-2weeks, she has refused to eat again. She is currently shedding, though I think she is almost done. I am concerned as I do not know her normal behavior- I'm not sure is she is refusing food due to shed, winter fasting, or if she wants live. Do you have any suggestions for me?
