The clip needs changed
While most of the leash is built well and looks great. the clip with the locking mechanism needs upgraded to something more secure
I have a very energetic puppy that has managed to cause the barrel to unscrew enough and somehow cause it to open the clip enough to get the leash to detach from the collar. I ended up giving it to someone that has a much less energetic puppy.
No, I do not recommend this product.
