Can I crate my dog for 8 hours while I am at work?
So my dog keeps peeing in her kennel. I have started making more frequent potty breaks and that has helped some. But she still has accidents about twice a week. So I have thought about getting her a smaller kennel. She is in a 42’’ wire kennel. She can lay in a ball in the corner of it and not take up much room. She is too tall for a smaller kennel. What should I do? Also she had had all her bloodwork done and nothing is wrong. She is 30’’ tall and 30’’ long.

I have a dog house with carpet over front entrance and a heated pet pad I bought from a hardware store. It seems warm and the 8 month old beagle goes in it but how cold is to cold for a four hour length outside while I work? He seems happy and the pad feels warm when I test it.

I adopted a dog (Stixxs) over a month ago from the shelter. He’s been a good dog so far but as of recently, he’s been chewing up the couch, clothes, trashcan and everything under the sun. my 17 yr. old 5 # Pomeranian (neutered male) has to wear a male wrap, due to frequent wetting in the house... but can wriggle out of it...I found the Vet's Best Perfect Fit ...which sounds like it would work well, but I need a liner that is really absorbent to put in it... What would you suggest? (that's affordable)?
We have an 11-year-old male Labrador with a back left leg skin problem. He lives in a concrete kennel at night and during the day is in a dirt and gravel shaded area. He lives outside all the time. We noticed a foot problem with dry skin, hair loss and puffy. It looks like an ulcer but without any redness or bleeding. We are wondering what kind of treatment can be given to him?

I bought Duke a nice new dog bed. He likes it but pees on it daily. I’m assuming to mark it as his. It has a removable waterproof cover so I can just wash it. But washing it daily isn’t always an option. Other than just washing it daily is there anything I can do?
Hi there. Rescued chocolate lab used as a breeding dog. She was never potty trained. I guess kept outside in a large cage. People shouldbe jailed... Have tried rewarding ect. The normal methods. Very good dog now has big yard. Choosing to bathroom in house on carpet of course. willing to try anything to work through this. Any recommendations or tricks? Tried treats, praising. Not sure what else besides trainer (expensive) but not out of question.
I'm having trouble trying to find the proper enclosure for my dog. She seems to be having separation anxiety and she already destroyed a part of my door after only being alone for 2 hours. I'm gone for work for about 9 hrs a day so I don't want something where she wouldn't be able to move comfortably..what should I do?
